• Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

• Order Confirmation: You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and another email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

  Domestic Shipping (South Africa):

  International Shipping:

  Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package via our courier partner’s website.

  🚫 Incorrect Addresses & Missed Deliveries

  Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Scentrix is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply.
